By accessing or using Plotline Invest ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Plotline Invest is an invite-only marketplace that connects registered estate agents with vetted property investors in Johannesburg. We facilitate introductions only. We do not sell, market, appraise, or transact property on behalf of any party. All transactions occur directly between the agent, seller, and investor.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts. Agents must be registered with the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA). Investors must apply and be approved by Plotline before receiving access.
Listings are submitted by third-party agents. While we perform human review and basic sanity checks, we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or legality of any listing. All information — including price, comparable values, yield estimates, and distress reasons — is for guidance only and must be independently verified by the investor before any decision or transaction.
Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Yield ranges, comparables, and AI-generated summaries are indicative context only. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and should consult qualified professionals.
The pilot Platform currently charges no commission or transaction fee. Plotline reserves the right to introduce fees in the future with prior notice.
You agree not to misuse the Platform, share access with unauthorized parties, scrape listings, submit false information, or contact users outside the platform for the purpose of circumventing our review process.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plotline Invest, its founders and operators, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any transaction connected to a listing.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including breach of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
